I am in my third year in PhD Literature Studies, focusing on early modern British drama. I received my Master of Arts in English and a Masters of Fine Arts in Performance. My research interests include performance theory and history, the spectacle of the body, and acts of commemoration in early modern culture. I work specifically with the writings and theories of Artaud.
Beyond writing about literature and disembodiment and dismembered bodies... I really dig me some tunes. My "hobby" is listening and discussing music, especially pop and rock. |
